BenQ has recently launched its latest CineHome W1700 DLP 4K HDR projector. The company has priced the device at $1850 and should be available by December. The device comes equipped with a 4K UHD true cinema experience, true 8.3 million megapixels, and projection-optimized HDR for lifelike image quality.
BenQ claims that the W1700 utilizes revolutionary 0.47″ single-DMD DLP technology to minimize the projector’s sleek, the W1700, like BenQ’s other 4K brethren, uses fast pixel switching tech to create the 8.3 million on-screen pixels. Brightness is rated at 2,200 lumens, and under normal use, the lamp can last up to 4,000 hours.The W1700’s 4K video quality is supercharged by High Dynamic Range (HDR10) support, offering greater brightness and contrast range with auto image optimization to bring out every lifelike detail.
